The Leadership Summit is LATAM's annual event to inspire, align, and empower its network organization's leaders. From 2022–2024 we partnered with KO to bring to life the culture and leadership behaviors.
How we did it
We designed and facilitated the full summit journey, from strategic narrative to co-creation workshops, evolving the concept annually while building consistent leadership behaviors.
Event strategy & Narrative design
We shaped each year's strategic framework and narrative arc, aligned with LATAM's leadership agenda.
Visual Identity & Content creation
We built the visual identity, content and look & feel for plenary sessions and activities, collaborating with production agencies.
Experience delivery & facilitation
We facilitated co-creation workshops and signature activities, and consolidated outcomes into actionable next steps
OUTCOME
Proof that culture and leadership work doesn't have to be a one-off. With the right narrative and facilitation model, a network organization can sustain real behavior change year after year.
