PACS Multipliers: From Contacts to Advocates
CPG | PACS LATAM | 2025 - Ongoing
PACS team relied on individual expertise to engage external stakeholders, with no consistent way to measure their contribution to the business. We designed a shared framework for turning contacts into advocates.
We designed a framework that moves PACS from ad-hoc, individual-led engagement to a professional, consistent system: mapping stakeholders, defining a shared journey, and building the playbook to sustain it across markets.
How we did it
Designing the framework
A framework, to assess stakeholders by influence and contribution, and a shared engagement journey with success criteria per stage.
Building the playbook
We built a scenario-based playbook, with guidelines, criteria and tools, for every market and team to apply the framework consistently.
Implementing and scaling
We're integrating the framework into PACS's existing routines, aiming to involve a wider network of system stakeholders as multipliers.
OUTCOME
Proof that stakeholder engagement doesn't have to rely on individual soft skills — a shared framework now rolling out across PACS LATAM, on track to become fully adopted by 2027.
