Global Design Sprints

Traditional innovation processes often limited collaboration across regions and delayed concept validation. The challenge was to create a repeatable approach that could unite multidisciplinary teams, incorporate consumer insights early, and rapidly transform opportunities into validated innovation concepts.

Through five Design Sprints across Asia, Africa, Central Europe, Canada and Latin America, we created a collaborative innovation process that combined consumer insights, rapid experimentation and cross-functional decision making.

How we did it

Understand & Align

We immersed multidisciplinary teams in local consumer realities, aligned stakeholders around strategic opportunities and established a shared innovation challenge for each region.

Co-create & Prototype

Cross-functional teams generated ideas, developed rapid prototypes and translated consumer insights into tangible concepts through intensive Design Sprint sessions.

Test & Refine

Concepts were tested with consumers, refined through rapid feedback cycles and consolidated into innovation territories ready for strategic evaluation and future development.

OUTCOME

The program accelerated innovation across multiple regions while creating a repeatable framework for global collaboration. the initiative established a collaborative innovation model that created a stronger alignment between global strategy and local market needs.
